Hello everyone,
I'm Angela, owner & creator of Wild Soul. A little about myself, I have a passion for fitness, I run my own studio, I love ANYTHING animal print & I'm an absolute sucker for a pun, a funny or cheeky motivational quote! But it was always a struggle finding what I was looking for online. Enter the birth of Wild Soul.
I wanted to provide inspirational, motivational, fun & quirky items to help spread a little bit of positivity throughout peoples daily lives. I also wanted products I would love, wear & use myself. Anyone who knows me will tell you I'm always in a Wild Soul Tee or Motivational Wrap (the perks of running your own business).
All our Wild Soul items are made-to-order, I design, create, print clothing & stamp our jewellery by hand from home in my small office. I wish I had the space to stock loads of products meaning I could produce & dispatch them quicker, but along with the lack of space & because I am a new company it isn't possible at the moment. Due to this factor your purchase may take up to 14 working days to be dispatched, so I appreciate your patience while my business grows.

Our Return Policy
Everything You Need to Know
Because all our items are made-to-order we are unable to accept returns. We may offer exchanges for items if they are faulty. Should there be any fault with your item(s) within the first 28 days from receiving, please email us at orders@wildsoul.shop with a brief description & an image(s) of the issue.

*Wild Soul reserve the right to refuse returns if we deem the fault not to be a manufacturing defect.
Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
Postage is a flat rate of £3.95 regardless of how many items are purchased, but if you live local there is an option for you to collect your order & save money.

As all of our items are made-to-order, please allow up to 14 working days for your order to be dispatched. If you do require something more urgently please drop us an email prior to ordering & we'll do our best to accommodate you where possible.
Our Environmental Policy
Doing Our Bit For The Environment
At Wild Soul we are conscious about the environment & have spent time sourcing products that reflect this.
Around 95% of all our packaging that we use to send out orders is made from recycled, recyclable paper & card. Our greetings cards come in 100% biodegradable & compostable bags derived from vegetable starches.
And the heat transfer vinyl we use on garments is Eco Friendly, comes to us in sustainable packaging & is free from animal products.

Lastly the fabric we use for our Motivational Wraps is made up of 100% recycled T-Shirt Yarn, which is composed of fabric remnants from textile companies without any chemical processes. The production surplus comes to us as fabric pieces that we then used to make our fun & funky wraps.

So when you purchase from Wild Soul you're not only getting a collection of awesome products, but you are also being a responsible & ethical customer too.
